Q

I am not strong in English but my knowledge in my field is better than my colleagues. I am scared to make presentation or speak in front of my seniors. Is there any way out?

Yes, there is a way. Two ways actually:

1. Find a way to showcase your knowledge that does not require strong English skills. For example, share links to articles that you think are worth reading. Do this on social media like LinkedIn or Quora.

2. Develop better language skills. The best way to do this is to watch a channel like the BBC and read a high-quality publication like The Economist. It is not instant, it takes time but it will have results. Practice public speaking in front of a mirror – every day for 10 minutes.

Finally, be confident of yourself. Deep knowledge in any field always wins over shallower skills in the end.
